City of Toronto and United Way of Greater Toronto; Harm Reduction Research Project, 2004
This two-year harm reduction collaborative research was conducted with six Toronto agencies providing harm reduction services. Eko Nomos worked with agencies, assessing the effectiveness of their harm reduction strategies, identifying elements of effective practice and evaluating participant outcomes. We facilitated a series of workshops designed to involve the agencies in developing planning frameworks, projecting participant outcomes, devising indicators of success and planning the implementation of the learning strategy. Additionally, we provided on-site consultation and support to assist agencies in implementing the research strategy. Link to paper
